Here's what Kristin has to say about her art
I thoughtfully use objects out of context to create something new and beautiful.
Coin Necklaces
Authentic foreign coins (some even out of circulation) smartly paired with an alluring charm. One of the beautys of mixed metals is you can wear it with anything.
Constellation Necklaces
Clippings of original pages from the Field Book of Skies, copyright 1929. Mounted on wood and hung on a metal chain.
Collage Note cards
All collages are handmade using only paper and paint. No digital alterations. The limitations of paper guide the piece into it's own life-form.
