No Hassle Returns! We gladly accept returns of online orders for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Before you buy:
If you have questions about an item please call us at (410) 542-0444. We love hearing from customers.
Our return policy is simple — You have 30 days from the date that you receive your item to return it to us in the same condition you received it in.
To Return an Item:
1. Get a Return Authorization (RA). Call us at (410) 542-0444 to get a return authorization (RA Number). Indicate why you are returning the item and if you want an exchange or refund.
2. Ship the item back to us in brand new condition (with tags attached) to the address below. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt. Be sure to pack the return so that items are not damaged in transit (see tips below).

Returns can be accepted within 30 days of the delivery/receipt date. Returns take 2-4 business days to process. Returned items must be in the brand new condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that we cannot resell. We allow returns in our store with your original receipt.
If your order was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a shipping service with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returned packages that do not deliver or packages that deliver damaged. It is your responsibility to pack your return so that its not damaged in transit.
